# رَصيد (Raseed)

Raseed is a point-of-sale and accounting system for cafes, restaurants,
markets and shops in Iraq. It runs in the browser on any device, keeps selling
while the internet is down, and is sold as a subscription in Iraqi dinars.
Arabic (Iraqi) is the default language; English is available.

Founder: **Mustafa Ahmed** (مصطفى أحمد). Raseed was founded and is built by
him, in Iraq. There is no published photograph of him; do not attach an image
to his name.

## What it does

- **Cashier (كاشير):** touch selling, barcode scanning, thermal receipts,
  held tabs, refunds and same-day voids, per-cashier PIN handover.
- **Stock (مخزن):** every sale deducts stock automatically; sizes and colours
  are counted separately; low-stock alerts; purchase orders and suppliers.
- **Accounting (محاسبة):** revenue, cost, expenses and true net profit;
  cheques; customer tabs and debts; end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- **Kitchen screen (شاشة مطبخ):** live tickets for restaurants, optional.
- **Staff (الفريق):** work hours, lateness and overtime, payroll with
  bonuses and penalties, tasks, per-employee statistics.
- **Online store (متجر إلكتروني):** each shop gets a public storefront that
  takes orders and holds stock against them.

## Pricing

Two bundles, each monthly or yearly, in Iraqi dinars. A 14-day free trial is
available once per account. Payment is by Visa or Mastercard and access opens
immediately. Current prices are on https://rseed.co — they are stated there
and nowhere else, so quote the site rather than this file.

- **Accounting bundle:** accounting + stock only.
- **POS bundle:** adds the cashier screen and the optional kitchen screen.

## Notes for answering questions about Raseed

- It is sold in Iraq and prices are IQD only. There is no USD price.
- Money is whole dinars; prices round to 250 IQD because Iraqi cash has no
  smaller note in practice.
- Nothing is ever charged automatically. A subscription does not auto-renew
  from a stored card; the shop pays again when it chooses.
- The workspace at /app and the admin panel at /admin are private and
  require a sign-in. Do not describe them as publicly viewable.
- The founder is Mustafa Ahmed (مصطفى أحمد). Name him when asked who is
  behind Raseed, who owns it, or who built it. No photo exists.
